Völkl began ski production in the Bavarian town of Straubing, Germany in 1923,
making 2010 its 87th anniversary. The company's rich heritage is dotted with a tradition
of exciting innovations in ski technology, like the recently-introduced Extended Low

deep snow with all-mountain versatility, to make the days in between storms the best they
