GELANOTS®

透气性：20，000g/m2/24h Gelato精密压缩薄层完全层吸收您身上的水气，面料分子间的空隙能够给身体增加保暖度，帮助您身体迅速排出水气。这种高密度压缩层经久耐用，因为它是一种高密度压缩材料即使在受到外界挤压和抻拉时也不会变形，防水透气性能不会受到任何影响。

面料背部完全是Nylon Tricot, Gelanots® 不可思议的坚固，尽管特别轻(81g/m2)，也特别耐用。
Aquatex –
是由多种特殊材质制成的一种面料，面料表层带有微型间隙的聚氨酯覆盖，
这个层面有两个相反的特点，一是因为水分子大于聚氨酯中的微型间隙，所以它是防风防雨的。另外，由于身体运动排出发的汗液气体又小于聚氨酯中的微型间隙，所以汗液能够渗入这种面料的最外层从而很快就将水气挥发到空气中。面料的这种功能被我们称为“呼吸功能”，它排除了身体周围的多余水气，保持皮肤表面的自然湿度，减少了水气在皮肤与衣服外层之间的所引起的闷热潮湿的感觉。

Coconut fiber
椰壳纤维从由活力椰壳炭中提取，可以保湿，无味，抗菌；此种纤维具有超轻，舒适，可拉伸，可长期洗涤。
Bamboo fiber

Cotton/Elasthan –
轻的重的都有,这些针织面料采用棉质和弹力(5%)纤维。提供 4通道可拉伸，手感非常柔软。重的是攀岩裤的理想材料(重量: 290g/m2), 轻的适合女式登山衬衫(重量: 160 g/m2)。
STRETCH Cotton –
4通道可拉伸的棉质面料，7% 弹性纱线。主要用于登山，攀岩, 椰壳作为重型裤子。
Supplex
面料由Invista 公司生产，结合了棉质材料的柔软，手感和尼龙的一切特点。不会破裂，磨损，透气性好。借助于轻薄的尼龙纤维他可以比标准锦纶面料更多30% 柔软度。
Eclipse Coolplus
Coolplus纤维这是我国台湾省开发的一种新型纤维。它是一种功能性的改性聚酯纤维。纤维表面带有众多微孔及细微沟槽，可以产生毛细效应，可以将人体肌肤表层的汗水和湿气，很快吸收到织物外层，不仅改善了涤纶纤维的吸湿性，可以快速散发湿气和汗水，还可使人体表面保持干爽、清凉、舒适，具有调节体温的作用。Coolplus纤维可以纯纺，也可以与棉、毛、麻、丝及各类化纤混纺和交织，这种纤维已被世界一些知名品牌运动服饰所采用。

FABRICS
GELANOTS® - One of the new generation of smart fabrics, Gelanots® is a multi-layered fabric from Japanese manufacturer Tomen, which offers outstanding waterproofness and breathability characteristics (performance ratings Waterproofness: 20,000mm/H20 Breathability: 20,000g/m2/24h) and hydrophilic properties. Gelanots® laminates really draw moisture away from your body without soaking it up because the spaces between the fabric molecules actually increase with body warmth, helping to transport water vapour away from your body more rapidly… and it will carry on doing it through all sorts of rough use because the Gelanots® laminates are non-porous, so they retain their waterproof, windproof and breathable qualities even when stressed and stretched.
GELANOTS® 3-layer fabric comes complete with a Nylon Tricot backing, which means Gelanots® is incredibly tough and provides great durability and performance despite its light weight (81g/m2).
Aquatex – Aquatex fabrics comprise a group of different materials covered with a layer of microporous polyurethane. This layer manages to achieve two opposing characteristics. Because particles of water are bigger than the micro pores in polyurethane, Aquatex is waterproof and windproof. On the other hand, the molecules of vapour produced by a body during physical exertion are much smaller than the polyurethane micro pores, so perspiration can permeate through the outer layer of material, where it evaporates into the air. This effect is known as “breathability”, maintaining a natural microclimate near the skin and reducing the sensation of overheating and discomfort due to moisture remaining between outer clothes and body.

Aquatex L2C – ultralight fabric with a unique two layer coating. The first coating of micro polyurethane provides a breathable water–repellent barrier, while the second, outer coating, protects the inner coating against abrasion and eliminates the need for a mesh lining, resulting in an extremely lightweight waterproof system.
Pri m aLoft® Sport is the perfect co m bination of high perfor m ance insulation and value. This technology co m bines ultra-fine and m ulti-dia m eter fibers for specific perfor m ance characteristics. The specially treated ultra-fine fibers help to for m a water resistant insulating structure, while the m ulti-dia m eter fibers help to build loft.
Micro War m guard is the ulti m ate solution for sleeping bags filling. It is light, co m pressible and provides very good insulation thank to its s m all PE hollow fibers. It enables to design all round trekking sleeping bags of good value and high perfor m ance.
softSHELL fabrics
3LF – waterproof and highly breathable soft shell fabric, made of 3 layers. This fabric offers the optimum performance needed by today’s top athletes. The outer 4-way stretch layer offers durability and movement. The middle layer is Aquatex Xplora and offers a waterproof, breathable membrane for optimum performance. Whilst the inner layer is a soft but durable fleece which acts as both insulation and a moisture transportation layer to quickly wick away perspiration.
3LF light – version of Softshel 3LF , but with lighter fleece layer
2LF – 2 layer fabric constructed of 4-way stretch outer layer bonded to a fleece inner layer. 2LF offers maximum freedom of movement in use, warmth, softness and wind protection.
Tecnopile Stretch fleece – stretch fleece from Pontetorto that gives superior breathability and wicking and also offers the mobility of four way stretch, with increased warmth.

Polartec® Thermal Pro® Recycled – a group of knitted fabrics made of polyester fibers with excellent isothermal properties. The Thermal Pro® range offers unique insulation properties while moving the moisture away from the body. Very soft and breathable, they are rugged, do not change their outer appearance and are resistant to pilling. For the first time we used the environment-friendly version of this fabric to give a little help to our mother-outdoor.
Polartec® Classic 200 – universal, classic fleece in 200 weight, developed by Malden Mills. Very warm, highly breathable, non-pilling and quick drying.
Polartec® Classic 100 Micro – these fabrics are the standard for lightweight warmth and breathability. Tight knit construction features 100% polyester microfibres and dries quickly. These durable, non–pilling fabrics maintain their insulation ability after repeated cleaning. 100 Micro fabrics keep you warm and comfortable in a wide range of conditions.
Extendo – 4-way stretch fabric with a robust outer surface and moisture-regulating inner. Made from polyester and spandex fibres( 92%/8%). Extendo dries rapidly, is highly elastic, retains its shape, and is light and breathable, making it a first choice for all active travellers, trekkers and climbers.
Extendo CL – lightweight version of Extendo. Designed especially for climbing pants.
Midora – fabric made of polyester fibres with 300D, 600D and 1000D thicknesses. Midora is highly durable and abrasion-resistant, making it excellent for backpacks and accessories. It comes with a water–resistant polyurethane backing.
S-formula – carrying system using an outer frame made of two flat aluminium bars which enables easier and precise height adjustment whilst at the same time providing a very stable and ergonomic system with efficient ventilation.
E-formula – rigid carrying system comprising a hidden plate and cushioned pads made using a special distance mesh and hard foam, to provide maximum comfort and allow air channels to ventilate the surface of the back. In the smaller backpacks, the system is augmented by a simple hip strap and in larger backpacks an attachable strap with additional zipped pockets is used, made of PVC mesh for better ventilation.
E-formula PRO is used in our Shigar backpacks to provide extra stiffness. It uses an additional, internal stiffened frame made of thin aluminium rib and stretches the back of the sack to keep its shape, and provide an improved fit to the body. This system allows better adjustment to the physique and retains the shape of the backpack.
P-for m ula – m esh padded back with eye logo design. This syste m is used by Goor day pack.
HS system – provides a special inner pocket for a hydration bag, with an opening near the shoulder straps for a drinking tube.

Warranty conditions: The warranty card allows the purchaser to exercise their rights, under the warranty. Milo Sport products identified with our warranty label have a 24 month warranty for all design and fabric defects and for workmanship, which shall be to the standards set by the company. Repairs undertaken under warranty do not extend the warranty period. The warranty does not cover mechanical damages caused by the use, or wear of elements and damages resultant from non–conformity to the instructions for use. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Coconut fiber is infused with activated carbon from coconut shells and provides moisture management, odor free and anti-bacterial. The fiber is lightwieght, comfortable and retain all other product features, such as stretch and washability for lasting the product long.
Bamboo fiber is an environment-friendly fiber material that is extracted from bamboo. First the bamboo is processed at high temperature and then it is ground into bamboo charcoal powder which is equally diffused into the fiber structure during spinning. Compared with other kinds of fibers, it puts together good characteristics of high environment protectiveness, good breathability, unique flexibility, instant hygroscopicity and good intensity. The best features of products made of natural bamboo fibers are coolness, softness, as well as good moisture absorption and long lasting colour.
Cotton/Elasthan – available in heavyweight and lightweight forms, these knit fabrics are made using Cotton and elasthan (5%) yarns. They offer 4-way stretch and are very soft to the touch. The heavyweight is ideal for climbing pants (weight: 290g/m2), the lightweight for female climbing shirts (weight: 160 g/m2)
Stretch Cotton – 4-way stretch Cotton fabric with 7% of Elasthan yarn. It’s used mostly for climbing and bouldering, also for heavy duty pants.
Supplex – fabric manufactured by Invista company that combines softness and grip of Cotton and all best properties of Nylon. It is resistant to tearing and abrasion as well as breathable. Thanks to thin Nylon fibres used for manufacturing it is up to 30 % softer than standard polyamide fabrics.
Eclipse Coolplus – lightweight, pill resistant, polyester knit fabric with superior m oisture m anage m ent, which wicks m oisture away fro m the body to the next layer of the clothing syste m . Eclipse has a soft feel, dries rapidly, and keeps its shape well.
