我最近买了那件750fill的羽绒服也出现了类似问题,给鸟的客服发了邮件,这是他们的回复:
Hello Doug,
It is considered normal for down garments to lose some feathers throughout their lifetime. Down loss occurs when the sharp needle like quill of a down plume pierces through the fabric or makes its way into an existing needle hole. The losses generally occur at seams through needle holes produced during the sewing of the garment, but can also happen right through the face fabric itself. Losses tend to occur more often on a brand new garment, and should become less frequent after some use.
If you notice a feather poking through somewhere on your garment, your best action is to pull the feather back into the garment and try to minimize the little hole created by the feather. This can usually be done by simply massaging or rubbing the area between your fingers.
Avoid pulling out feathers which are poking through the seams/fabric as this can result in more feathers being caught and pulled out. This can also cause the tiny hole caused by the feather to expand into a much larger more problematic hole.
Normal down loss is considered during the design process, and this loss of insulation should have no noticeable effect on the performance of the garment.
If you feel that your down garment is excessively leaking down we would be more than happy to have a look at it, and make sure it is not defective.

Question:
Hello! I am a big fan of Arcteryx and have lots of your products. Two days ago I just purchased your Thorium AR Hoody Men's. It is a good down jacket, but it leakages down inside the jacket. When I check the leakage place, I find that there are some tiny pores which are penetrated by the down itself (those still with 'frame'). In order to prevent such problem, you really need to remove those 'bad' down which has sharp head. Unfortunately, my down jacket has been already penetrated with two pores by the down. You really need to consider this problem especially when the inner liner is thin and light. Best, Dong
