Job Title:  EAST Regional sales manager               Dept:Sales

Purpose of Job:  
The regional sales  Manager will have responsibility to take care some the existing Coleman’s  business partners in China while cultivate new customers  and channels is also very important

Job Scope & Major Responsibilities:

1. To be responsible to achieve the sales target( Monthly, Quarterly, yearly), if failed with some customer, need to provide reason and backup for the sales with other customers
2. Strong customer develop ability in a fast way. Be responsible to grow new customer /increase the door number.
3. To be responsible to implement effective sales strategy agreed by management.
4. To be responsible to support the sell thru by help customer for training, store visit, merchandising , coaching.
5. To be responsible for the assortment plan of your responsible customers.
6. Implement the customer open, order, management process with clear documents , reports.
7. To cultivate and expand the sales net work in responsible territory
8. Work closely with Supply Chain, finance , product on the PO, payment and shipment , strong follow up style to make sure sales result and customer satisfaction
9. Review, negotiate and implement trading terms
10. Responsible for  the development of a relevant product assortment with the supports of the Product Team when needs, especially for new channels new product lines
11. Maintain up to date knowledge of  regional customer, market , products, channel information  and updates which is related to Coleman business, provide to higher management
12. Support marketing team to implement all co-operative and sales promotional spend with customers.
13. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders of customers
14. Weekly and month meeting and meeting report in a professional way. Join monthly meeting in Beijing .
15. Join Conference meeting periodically and reachable in Working hours.

Requirements:
1  EduCATion
-    University degree in business and/or related discipline required
2  Experience (Minimum Relevant Experience/Minimum Supervisory Experience)
- 5+ years of experience in sales function and account management
-  3+ Independent customer developing experience
-  Sports/Outdoor goods industry / FMCG experience is preFERAbly but not must.
3  Professional Qualifications, Knowledge and skills
-  Excellent presentation and communication skill in Chinese
- Good command of channel knowledge , market, and retail knowledge to build dialogue with retailers
- fasting learning on product .
4  Written / Oral Language skills:
- BASIc level of reading and written English required
5  Competencies
- Strong communication skills and passionate about outdoor products
-  Respect the home office rules, fully utilize the working  time and reSources.
- Strong influencing skills and team player, good at self motivated.
- Results oriented, hard working
6  Others
- Estimate 30-40% travel, mostly domestic

Job Title: National Traditional channel Sales Manager                   Dept:Sales       
Job location:  Beijing

Purpose of Job:  
The National traditional channel Sales Manager will have responsibility for Coleman’s sales operations in China, and regional manager management.

Job Scope & Major Responsibilities:
1.  Fast learning to fit in the team and business needs. Support the business goals by effective support GM to manage the regions.
2.  Be positive and strong enough to lead the sales team to achieve  monthly sales, with proper  margin and EBITDA targets for China, solve problems with customer side when sales manager can’t handle.
3.  Work closely and Provide effective supporting documents and report on sales side as a consolidation of China version to marketing and GM periodically or at needs. Provide accurate updates on china potential channel chances and potential needs to higher management to make decision.
4.  Management of sales team in China, and drive effective weekly sales meeting , trip reports follow up, provide updates on customer updates on forecast , new customer development, and area sales strategy.
5.  Responsible to Develop & drive customer strategies and execute channel developing  in China
6.  Execute the review, negotiation and implementation of all aspects of trading terms and contracts with  key accounts and distribUTOrs personally
7.  Ensure regular reporting and analysis of sales FCST and sales analysis periodically or by needs
8.  Direct the regular review of pricing and distribution and other policies and procedures
9.  Drive the development of a relevant product assortment program with special needs in conjunction with the Product Team periodically
10.  Work closely with China Operation team and product team on better coordinate the sales ordering and shipment, react fast with strong problem solving skills.
11.  Balance the and overcome the conflicts happened between traditional channel and E commerce channel, strategic channel by effective communication with other functional managers.
12.  Identify and develop new opportunities for profitable sales through new channels and new consumers to grow market share and brand dominance
13.  Other project work as directed

Requirements:
1  Education
-    University degree in business and/or related discipline required
-        Post graduate degree in business and/or related discipline desired

2  Experience (Minimum Relevant Experience/Minimum Supervisory Experience)
- 10+ years of experience in sales
- 8+ years of multi-national company experience
- 5+ years of sales management experience
- experience in sports and outdoor company is a plus

3  Professional Qualifications, Knowledge and skills
-  Excellent  communication skills, sales team management skills, and key customer management skills
- Good data analysis skills in professional way.
--Down to earth, detail oriented  and strong multi-tasking ability and could manage and work under pressure
--Quick problem solving ability and result oriented

4  written / Oral Language skills:
- strong English skills in Written and Reading especially

5  Competencies
-strong  team spirit
