The ESS ICE™ Tactical Kit is designed specifically for Law Enforcement, adapted from the world's most widely-used ballistic spectacle: the ESS ICE™. This new configuration eliminates time spent changing lenses,allowing users to quickly switch between pre-assembled eyeshields toadapt to changing light environments.

Additionally, thisnew configuration helps extend product life by eliminating wear andtear on lenses that can occur when swapping lens colors.

| As with all ESS Interchangeable Component Eyeshield (ICE)products, the Tactical Kit is a complete yet lightweight eye protectionsystem that offers a unique combination of high-ballistic impactresistance, unrestricted field of view, and interchangeable lenses foreffective eye protection in any light condition.

| Features / Description / Lenses:

- Afull set of 3 extra-thick 2.4mm high-impact polycarbonate lenses(copper, clear, and amber) for interchangeable use in any lightconditions.
|
- An unlimited field of view thanks to the frameless ESS ICE design
|
- Thick 2.4mm Lenses are coated with a tough anti-scratch coating
|
- Can stop a shotgun blast from 35 feet away. (as shown by the dimpled but not-penetrated lens at right).

- All ICE 2.4 lenses pass the rigorous MIL-PRF-31013 .15 caliber ballistic impact test.
|
- V50 impact rating: 823ft. / sec (.17 cal).
|

Vision:

100% optical clarity for distortion-free vision.

Frame:
|
- The frameless design provides an unlimited field of vision.
|
- Adjustable temples can be made longer or shorter, and have bendable ear pieces to fit every user. [see below]

- An anatomical nose pad that is compatible with the ESS prescription lens carrier accessory (sold separately)

Replacement lenses
|
Thanksto ESS Modular Technology TM, replacement lenses are inexpensive andeasy to switch in/out of the eyeshield. Replacement lenses are nowavailable!

|
TheICE Rx Lens Carrier snaps into the ICE 2.4 nosepiece for a lowprofile,lightweight prescription integration. This versatile insert isinterchangeable with the Profile NVG goggle.
