Who is T`tiss in the world?
In 1996, BILIN ,a German company came to China to produce outdoor clothes for the European mar k et. The leaders of company BILIN quic k ly understand the fast developing Chinese outdoor mar k et and the lac k of good quality product at an affordable price.
