Principal Accountabilities / 主要职责
Key Area of Responsibility:
A、 Retail Sales Target Achievement:
1. Achieve the annual targets in retail sales revenue;
2. Control the retail store expenses ;
B、Retail Management :
1. Manage the daily retail operation for all the appointed retail stores;
2. Recruit, manage and lead retail staffs base on the company policy.
3. Coach, train and develop the sales staffs overall retail operation technique and knowledge together with training team;
C、Inventory Management :
1. Work closely with PSA to control the stock of each POS to a reasonable level and optimize the inventory turnover
2. Understand PSA's regular inventory and retail sales analysis and take efficient action; D、Business relationship development :
1.Visit department store's key person frequently;
2.Review business with key department store ;
3.Keep searching for new potential store ;
Major Challenge:
1. Collaborative relationships with the internal function departments.
2. Keep good relationship with department store.
3. Data analysis skills
Qualification & Experience Needed / 所需专业技能和工作经验
Minimum Relevant Experience: 3-5 year(s)
Minimum Supervisory Experience: New store development skills and solid store operation management skills
