As regionalsales, your main duty is to maintain the relationship with dealers at SouthChina. You play the role as coordinator between dealersand Mammut China. You will plan and implement the sell-out support for the dealers at SouthChina.

To negotiate with dealer forShop-in-Shop loCATions, place and trade term.
·
确定店铺开店位置, 大小与经销商合作条款
·
Together with dealers to setup the annual OTB and provide the encouraged promotion plan to push dealers toreach this target.
·
制定合理的OTB 目标,同时提供相应的方案,促进经销商达成目标
·
To provide necessary help todealers to reduce the inventory amount and increase the liquids.
·
与经销商共同制定有效减少库存的方案, 并随时监控店铺库存的合理性
·
To analyze the sales dataand provide monthly-, quarter- and annual reports.
·
销售数据分析与解读, 同时提供必要的业务报告,包含每月, 每季度或者每年度.
·
Come up the sell-throughactivities to improve the sales performance in the store.
·
制定促进售罄率的各种方案, 改善提升店铺销售

Store productivity focusof role (monitoring and creating initiatives)
·
监控每月店铺销售坪效并提出相应方案提升店铺产出

Training of retail staff(Service and sales skills)

RequisiteEducation and Experience/Minimum Qualifications:
• College degree, preFERAbly inmarketing/business /textile/fashion
• Minimum of 5 years wholesale experience withAPP, FTW or ACC background
• Ability to work in international environment
• Computer Skills: Advanced level MS officeskills.
• English verbal and written communicationsskills.
• Good communication skills, integrativeteam player
• Detail oriented, patient, strongorganizational and analytical skills
• Ideally affinity for outdoor sports
