2019年中程
骑行计划第一项：溧阳一号
旅游公路环骑按期完成；第二项：皖南
荆州公路、华浪线、徽杭古道骑行也如期完成；最后一项：长江三峡骑行经过全家反对、一人赞同的无效表决后，正式启程。
5点半出门，地铁没醒，公交有点慢，骑上十公里、用时半个多小时到达火车站。
拆车装袋进站上车、6个半小时后准时到达
宜昌东站。
过去二天的行程，现在半天搞定；祖国伟大！

2、P8跟我五年从来没拉稀摆带过，这次才骑二十公里就大爆肚，而且一爆俩。[/h4][/h4]
