[p=18, null, left]我工作后第一个假期去了北美最著名的山脉落基山脉，10天跑了8个国家公园，开了5000公里的路，算是一大票，可惜如今想起来写游记的时候已经是4年之后了，还好当年我用英文写了一个行程单，主要包括各处的住宿地址和沿途需要停留观赏的景点。我今日把它稍作整理放到网上，希望能帮到各位想租车自助游落基山脉的朋友。先从北到南列一下这8个国家公园的名字：加拿大这边有Jasper National Park，Banff National Park，Yoho National Park，Kootenay National Park，和Waterton Lakes National Park，美国那边有Glacier National Park，Yellowstone National Park，和Grand Teton National Park。 
我先说一下这份行程的大概使用方法，省了各位看下面的英文费事儿。我当时按照距离和车速计算了每天可以开多少公里，还根据经典的占地和精彩程度计算出了在景点大约停留的时间，第一天的行程有些紧，最后几个被我们挪到第二天才去。有些景点，比如骑马的，太贵，所以没有成行。其他都和我攻略保持基本一致。看这个攻略，你必须结合地图看，否则不可能看懂的。我一般不这么写攻略，主要那次是自己开车，所以这样弄比较方便使用。你只需用google map get direction找到下面攻略里提到的住宿地址，每天的行程地图就有了。至于国家公园里面的景点地名，google map 找不到，你就需要打开该国家公园的官方网站，上面或pdf，或flash都有详尽的公园内部地图，都很好找，我这里就不费力贴了。[p=18, null, left]我个人不camping，所以住宿都是小旅店，有motel也有breakfast&bed，就求个便宜干净能洗热水澡，最好还能包早饭。住宿的地方都是我当时一家一家打电话，能找到的最便宜还有空房的，具体地址和联系电话下面都有，可以帮你省些力气。旅店在出发前都要打电话预订，可能需要记录你的信用卡号，这个只作reservation用，不去住是不会划钱的。然后再买张机票飞到加拿大的Calgary，预定好Calgary机场的租车。路上有各种各样的野生动物出没，比如鹿，羚羊，熊，水牛等等，开车要注意安全。夏天去也记得带上羽绒服，因为路上有冰川要爬，很冷。
另外国家公园的门票我们当时买的是年票，买年票有快速通道，回来之后你还可以出租一年，加拿大所有国家公园通用，为了出租，年票背面不要签名。不会亏的。

2, go to Mount Edith Cavell (2 hours) （这段盘山路比较难开，要有思想准备，风景很独特，可以超近距离接近冰川和冰湖。）

4, go to Maligne Canyon à Medicine Lake à Maligne Lake (cruise)
5, back to Jasper (mount the whistlers, dinner, gas)[p=18, null, left]因为第一天的路太赶，所以有两个项目被挪到了第二天，但是我记不清顺序了，各位看官按查来的Jasper National Park景点地图顺路去即可。

2, can stop at keHceslin, Gat lick look out
3, go to Columbia Icefield (park at Columbia Icefield Center, take SnoCoach, 1 hours) （这个要穿羽绒服的，要到冰川上去走，很冷。SnoCoach我们最后没坐，觉得贵，不坐这个车一样可以上冰川上去走。）
4, stop at Saskatchewan Crossing (lunch, gas)
5, go to Lake Louise (Visitor Centre, book 3 hours hose ridding to Lake Agnes, Tea House for Aug 29 evening, 有人带，看动物) （这个没去成，骑马太贵了。）
7, find Mountain Castle城堡山 when driving from LL to Banff (north side of No1 road)
8, go to Johnston Canyon (20 min to the Lower Falls, 1 hr to the Upper Falls)
9, check in motel (5-6pm)
10, go to Sulphur Mountain if have time (restaurant at the mountain top for dinner, gas)[p=18, null, left]Motel:

14, drive on 2 parkways (Red Rock Parkway 15km, Akamina Parkway 16km)

落基山脉之旅第六天 – 入美国经Glacier住小城Great Falls[p=18, null, left]Aug 31/2006 (Thursday):[p=18, null, left]Attractions: （今天的路无论是在Glacier NP里还是从Glacier NP到Great Falls都是盘山路，很难开，要注意安全。）
1, check out motel (already paid, noodle breakfast), leave Waterton before 9am (gas MUST full)
2, drive on Chief Mountain Parkway = No6 highway, pass Chief Mountain Custom （海关没什么人，很快就过了。）
3, go to Glacier NP east entrance (brochure), drive on Going-to-the-sun Road
4, 快到St Mary Lake 尽头时，stop at a no name turnout point, to see U-shaped Valleys
5, Going-to-the-sun Road 精华在 Jackson Glacier ßàMcDonald Creek
6, stop at Logan Pass visitor center to see Florence Falls below the parking lot, and the back of the visitor center (lunch, gas) （这里犹如魔鬼居所，天气也是恶魔一般，一定要穿好羽绒服。）
7, turn back to east entrance, and heading to Great Falls
8, check in motel (Must arrive before 6pm. Dinner, gas)

4, out of west entrance, check in motel (4-9pm, dinner)
5, Madison to Old Faithful
6, back to west entrance motel (gas)

2, go directly to old faithful and wait to see （visitor centre会标明下次喷发时间）
3, visit West Thumb, Grant Village
4, go to Grand Teton before noon
5, in Grand Teton see: RocKefeller Memorial Parkway, visitor center (印第安博物馆), start from Jackson Lake Junction, drive on Teton Park Road (clime Signal Mountain), after arrive south entrance, turn back drive on No191 highway, back to Jackson Lake Junction.
6, back to Yellowstone west entrance (dinner, gas)
